Pro-abortion, radical Law Professor Khiara Bridges claims that conservatives are inciting violence by saying that men can't have babies.
This is the same old trick that the mentally ill liberals always pull when they can't rationalize an obviously insane ideology. Anyone with a halfway functioning brain knows a man cannot have a baby.
Liberals claim that if someone says a man cannot have a baby that will make people go out and attack transgender people. Of course, this is complete nonsense, and no one cares who is transgender.
Missouri GOP Senator Hawley asked UC Berkley Law Professor Khiara Bridges during questioning “several times you’ve used a phrase, I want to make sure I understand what you mean by it, you’ve referred to ‘people with a capacity for pregnancy,’ would that be women?
Bridges responded, “many women, cis women, have the capacity for pregnancy, many cis women do not have the capacity for pregnancy,” further claiming that “there are also trans men who are capable of pregnancy as well as non-binary people who are capable of pregnancy.”
She continued, “so this isn’t really a women’s rights issue it’s uh we can recognise that this impacts women while also recognising that it impacts other groups, those things are not mutually exclusive.”
The witness then accused Hawley of being “transphobic,” stating “I want to recognise that your line of questioning um is transphobic, um and it opens up trans people to violence by not recognising that.”
Hawley responded, “Wow you’re saying that I’m opening up people to violence by asking whether or not women are the folks who can have pregnancies?”
Bridges responded by accusing Hawley of “denying that trans people exist and pretending not to know that they exist,” which has caused them to commit suicide. - Infowars
When Hawley asked the insane "professor" if his questions about women's rights really meant he is denying trans people exist, Bridges went into a frenzy and repeatedly screamed "ARE YOU? ARE YOU?" before asking if Hawley "do you believe men can get pregnant?"
When Hawley responded "no," the mentally ill woman again screamed "so, you are denying that trans people exist, thank you."
This is her mental illness on display. Obviously, trans people exist but that doesn't mean men can get pregnant.
“Wow, I have learned a lot during this exchange,” Hawley fired back, adding “extraordinary!”
Watch it all unfold:
Elsewhere during the hearing, the same witness told Republican Senator John Cornyn of Texas, using the same phrase “person with a capacity for pregnancy,” that she prefers to answer questions that are more interesting to her, rather than the questions the committee are asking:
The full hearing can be viewed below, if you have the time and stomach for almost three hours of this absolute drivel:
The agitated wide eyed body language of the witness betrays the fact that she is an unstable person who is triggered into a panic at the concept of only women being able to give birth.
With that in mind, why is this person considered an authority on abortion or women’s rights?
It’s the same thing every time with these Democrat called witnesses. They refuse to even acknowledge the basic biology that only women can have babies.
Yet those on the left seem to believe that when they have these public meltdowns under questioning from Republican Senators that it’s some kind of victory?
