Tennessee Judge Shoots Down Biden Directive Forcing States to Accommodate Men Wanting to Use Women's Bathrooms, Violates States' Right

U.S. District Judge Charles Atchley Jr in an order on Friday ruled for the 20 state attorneys general who sued last August claiming the Biden administration directives infringe on states' right to enact laws that, for example, prevent students from participating in sports based on their gender identity or requiring schools and businesses to provide bathrooms and showers to accommodate "transgender" people.

Essentially, the Judge made a commonsense ruling. The Judge gave the right to enact their own laws back to the states and allows states to ignore Biden's unconstitutional directives.

States like Oklahoma want to protect women's sports and now Oklahoma can draft and enforce laws that force men to play with other biological men in sporting events no matter how they choose to identify. This ruling also allows states to pass laws that require biological men to use the bathroom with other biological men no matter how they choose to identify on the made-up spectrum of genders.

Of course, the mainstream media is acting like the sky is falling and the end of the world is right around the corner because grown men who pretend to be women cannot use the bathroom with little girls if the state so chooses this to be.

Something they aren't mentioning is this. If a state chooses to let women play sports with biological men who pretend to be women, no one can stop them from doing this as well. Just as we saw with the recent Roe V. Wade ruling, the right to make these kinds of choices have been handed back to the states.
