BURGLAR SHOT DEAD AFTER BREAKING INTO NORTHERN INDIANA HOME
The second amendment wins again.
In Warsaw Indiana (AP) - A burglar was shot dead after breaking into a home in northern Indiana, police say.
The police of Warsaw said they received a call around 9:40pm Tuesday, from a home on the east side from a frantic caller claiming they had shot someone who was attempting it break into their home.
The police arrived a few minutes later to find a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. Police and medics tried to save his life but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Three adults and two children who were in the home at the time were taken in for questioning, the police said in a press release.
It was not clear who shot the burglar who was not identified.
