Fake Outrage: Anchorage Police Officer Under Investigation After Pilipina Driver "Flashes White Privilege Card" on Social Media

A police officer is now under investigation for making a joke online.

An investigation has been launched after a person believed to be an Anchorage, Alaska, police officer was shown in a photo with a woman in town for a Donald Trump rally flashing a novelty “White Privilege card.”

Of course, the liberals are acting like it's the end of the world. Liberals in Alaska's largest city are now "concerned" about racial equality.

Mimi Israelah claimed in a Facebook post that she was pulled over for weaving at 3:43 a.m. while driving to a pizzeria in Anchorage after arriving on an early-morning flight from California for Trump’s rally Saturday to support local Republican candidates he’s backed.
“Officer Bo” asked for her driver’s license, but she couldn’t find it, she wrote on Facebook.
“When I saw my White Privilege card, I gave to him if it’s ok,” she wrote. “He laughed and called his partner. It’s their first time to see a White Privileged (sic) card,” she said. - ABC "News"

A video of the interaction, presumably captured by Israelah, has been shared on Twitter. Outside her car window, two officers are visible. You like my White Privilege card, she asks one. The unnamed policeman remarks, "That's hilarious."

Someone asks in the Facebook comments at the end of the video if she received a ticket. "Nope," she retorted.

Although the original Facebook post has been removed, screenshots and the video still circulate online.

It wasn't immediately obvious whether the cops involved would face punishment or whether Israelah actually received a citation.

In an email to The Associated Press, Anchorage police spokesperson Sunny Guerin said, "Per the city attorney's office, we are unable to answer these questions as the incident is presently under investigation and it concerns to personnel affairs."
