62 House Republicans Vote to Grant Amnesty for Children of Visa Holding Migrants via NDAA Bill

At around 12 p.m. on July 14th, the House passed an amendment that will grant instant amnesty to thousands of children who were born to migrant workers holding a legal visa in the United States.

Adam Smith who represents district 9 in Washington, proposed the amendment on the 13th of July and the next day it was passed by the House. Seems like a really fast turnaround to me. There's no way the amendment was debated properly in less than 24 hours.

62 House Republicans jumped onboard with Adam Smith and went forward with approving the amendment. Here is a list of the Republicans who voted YEA for the amnesty amendment.

This amendment allocates millions of dollars to "facilitate" these families while they are in the U.S.A. Also, this amendment covers anyone up to the age of 21-years-old.

21-years-old doesn't seem like a child to me. That's a grown man and woman who will receive amnesty under this amendment without ever going through the legalization process like all adults should be required to do.
